The “AUM” is the sound of the universe. Aum is the sound of all creatures, humans and any living thing that makes a sound. AUM A is an abstract feeling that we can’t show in a true solid form; we just have to believe the person, fake or true. ‘U’ is the Universe's nature in the world changing climates and different sights etc., ‘M’ is a mystery form of every article and particle, death and birth.

AUM A is the sacred mono-syllable; AUM is a syllable of the universe aspect, gross manifestations. ‘U’ the knowledge of truth the creation. ‘M’ is the unmanifestated state of our inner self.

We Hindus say Aum Namaha Sivaaya, The Christian says Amen, The Muslim says Ahmeen Allah, The Hebrews and their prayers with Amen, Jehovah's Witnesses and the Jews say Alleluia, The Sikhs say Ek Omkara, The Zoroastrians say Hamoun, The Persians says Elohem, The Chinese say tao, The Greek says Om, The Buddhist says manee peme hum. If you want more you can get them from the encyclopaedia or websites but you have to search. These are just some examples I have given you. We are all within AUM.

I am giving more examples here to make it clearer and it means A is: I am the feeling, a significance for the unclear state, U is the dreaming state and M is the deep sleep state, and I am not this body and mind. I am a pure soul. So we are all acting like that, being within different roles in the form of our souls. The body is a vehicle to act within AUM.

AUM is the ocean and the entire universe. God is Aumnipotent, pure and immortal, Aumnicient, and Aumpresent. Aum is glory, reality, light, nectar, rebirth, power, consciousness, truth, knowledge, treasure, and bliss. I am a soul alone that is alive in our life.

The mission

Rama's mission is to introduce yoga and meditation principles to Australia, pioneering the practice in the country since 1983. She is dedicated to teaching these principles to a wide audience, having already instructed roughly 7,000 individuals. Additionally, Rama provides counselling, further supporting individuals in their journey towards mental and physical well-being. Through her efforts, she aims to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge necessary to incorporate yoga and meditation into their daily lives, thereby fostering personal growth and development.

Rama envisions a community where yoga and meditation are widely practised and embraced. Her vision includes the establishment of yoga and meditation centers, where her techniques can be shared with a larger audience. She believes that the correct practice of yoga postures can have tremendous benefits for mental and physical health when done properly. Ultimately, Rama's vision is rooted in the belief that human life is beautiful and meaningful, emphasizing the importance of spiritual connection and the practice of religious values and norms as essential components of a fulfilling existence.
